HomeDude stands behind the quality of every product we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
What Cannot Be Returned
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or special-order items unless confirmed defective
- Free Gift Store items
- Items showing signs of use, assembly, or missing original packaging
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or was sent in error by HomeDude. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns. HomeDude is not responsible for returned items lost in transit.
How to Start a Return
- Email support@homedude.ca with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Ship the item back using a trackable method
- Once received and inspected, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5 business days
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@homedude.ca with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
For manufacturing defects reported after 30 days, please refer to our [2-Year Manufacturer Warranty — link to /pages/warranty].
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing time is typically 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the credit.
