Below is everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.
Where We Ship
HomeDude currently ships within Canada only.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day of payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
Orders placed on weekends or Canadian public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.
- Standard Shipping — estimated delivery 1 to 5 business days
- Expedited Shipping — faster delivery options available at additional cost where applicable
- Freight & Oversized Items — for large items such as shelters and carports, freight shipping may apply; rates are calculated at checkout or provided by quote for bulk orders
Free standard shipping is available on orders over CAD $50 where applicable.
Local Pickup
Self-pickup is available for select heavy items from our Oakville, ON location. If pickup is available for your order, details will be provided after purchase. Contact us at support@homedude.ca to confirm availability before ordering if pickup is your preference.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Use this number to follow your shipment through the carrier's website. If you have not received tracking information within 2 business days of your order confirmation, contact us at support@homedude.ca.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@homedude.ca with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us and we will initiate a trace with the carrier on your behalf.
Note: HomeDude is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, or circumstances outside our control. We will always assist in resolving issues promptly.
