HomeDude stands behind every product in the HomeDude Made collection with a 2-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
What Is Covered
All HomeDude Made products are warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years from the original date of purchase. If a covered defect is identified within the warranty period, HomeDude will provide a replacement part, replacement unit, or refund at our discretion.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear from regular use
- Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or improper installation
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Damage caused by weather events beyond normal seasonal conditions
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
Which Products Are Covered
This warranty applies to products sold under the HomeDude Made collection only. Free Gift Store items are provided as-is and are not covered under this warranty.
How to Make a Claim
To submit a warranty claim, contact our support team at [your support email] with the following:
- Your order number
- A description of the defect
- Photos clearly showing the issue
We aim to respond to all warranty claims within 2 business days.
Shipping on Warranty Claims
If a replacement part or unit is required, HomeDude will cover standard shipping costs for the replacement within Canada. Return shipping of the defective item may be required in some cases — our support team will advise you at the time of your claim.
Limitation of Liability
HomeDude's liability under this warranty is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the affected product. HomeDude is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product defects. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary by province.
